Dolphin Online Terms and Conditions
All purchases are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully as by purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Conditions of entry
Each person must have a ticket, including children.
For any ticket purchased online or in person at a discounted or concession price, it will be necessary to show the relevant ID to be admitted.
Right of admittance is reserved. In particular, you may be denied entry into, or removed from, a performance where Dolphin has reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to where you are in breach these Terms and Conditions, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others.
If you arrive late, you may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
Cameras or other photographic or audio recordings, including mobile phones, are not permitted.
Reserved seating is sold as best available. In some circumstances, we may be unable to fulfil the requested seat preference in which case seats will be allocated as closely as possible to those selected.
Delivery of tickets
Delivery of your tickets will be by PDF download and you will need to print these and present them at the time of the performance.
Tickets should be available immediately after payment has been confirmed but in any event you can access and print them at any time simply by logging into your account or by opening the PDF emailed to you when the booking is confirmed.
Refunds, exchanges and replacements
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except as required by law or as set out in these terms. In the event that refunds or exchanges are permitted, proof of purchase will be required and any refund will be limited to the total amount you paid in your original purchase.
Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets will be replaced if the authenticity of the ticket can be verified, including but not limited to proof of purchase, and if you give reasonable notice before the event. In most circumstances, reasonable notice would be 48 hours or more.
Variations to performances or events
Dolphin reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised performances or events, prices, venues and audience capacity.
Authenticity and validity of tickets
Entry to an event may be refused if, in Dolphin’s sole discretion exercised reasonably, the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including because the ticket has been damaged or defaced in any way.

Dolphin reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions and change any details on this website at any time.
